1. Nominate a colleague (top management is excluded) that showed exceptional performance.
(Please keep in mind that you can’t nominate yourself.)
2. Motivate your nomination with examples and be clear about why you think this person should be awarded.
You could f.e. think of adding:
• Performance: Measurable goals and results.
• Collaboration: Contributions to team dynamics and cooperation.
• Innovation: Proposing new ideas and improvements.
• Customer Service: Quality of interactions with customers (both internal and external).
